Trouble Resolution Specialist
MTCI, a unified communications solutions company located in Cincinnati, OH, is actively searching to fill the role of Trouble Resolution Specialist (TRS). The primary responsibilities of the position are to manage and resolve service related issues for our client base and provide after-hours support to clients which includes carrying an after-hours pager nightly. The TRS will need to perform basic trouble shooting to identify the issue and then engage the organization responsible for the service to open a trouble ticket; tracking ticket status and reporting ticket updates on a regular basis.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communications skills, data entry skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. At least 1 year of telecommunications experience is required. A college degree is preferred.
